Thank you for shopping with us! All designs sold in this shop are digitally delivered embroidery files created by Samantha Carey. Please read the following terms to understand the licensing associated with your purchase.
Licensing Information
When you purchase a design from Ignite Wonder Club, you are granted a license to use the design for specific purposes. Please read the terms carefully to ensure proper usage:
1. Personal Use License:
This license allows you to use the design for personal projects only, such as gifts, home decor, or personal clothing items. This license does not allow for commercial resale or mass production.
2. Limited Market License (Up to 10 Units):
If you are a small business owner or crafter, you may use the design to produce up to 10 physical items for sale (e.g., apparel, accessories, home decor). This license is perfect for small-scale businesses or those selling at craft markets.
No print-on-demand services.
No resale of digital files or designs.
No patches or standalone resell of designs.
Maximum of 10 physical items per design.
If you wish to create more than 10 units of a design, you must contact us @ info@ignitewonder.club to discuss a custom Extended Commercial License.
3. Restrictions:
No reselling digital files: You are not allowed to resell or redistribute the digital design files in any way, shape, or form.
No creating patches for resale: Designs cannot be used to create patches or any similar items intended for resale as standalone products.
No print-on-demand services: The designs cannot be used with print-on-demand services, including but not limited to T-shirt printing or POD websites.
By purchasing our designs, you agree to these terms and are acknowledging that the designs are for your personal or small-scale commercial use only. If you have any questions or need a more extensive commercial license, please contact us.
How to Use:
Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to the design files, available in multiple formats such as PES, PEC, JEF, EXP, and DST. These files are ready to be used with embroidery machines and are compatible with a wide range of home embroidery equipment.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a design has been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Custom Work:
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, we are constantly updating and adding new designs to our library. If you have a request for future design ideas, feel free to reach out, and we’ll take them into consideration for future updates.
